Responsibilities

Lead the design of web products to solve user challenges and enhance functionality.

Dive deep into understanding user needs and industry pain points to craft intuitive and innovative design solutions.

Steer the design direction for new features and improvements, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

Contribute to and leverage the Atlas design system to create consistent, scalable designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are fully realized in the final product.

Utilize an iterative design process, incorporating user feedback and data analytics to refine design solutions.

Work directly under the guidance of the Principal Product Designer, contributing to strategic design decisions.

Required

Proven UX and UI Expertise: Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate your UX thinking, UI design skills, and your ability to solve complex design challenges.

Shipped and Iterated Designs: Experience working with engineers to launch experiments and solve hard problems, iterating to achieve meaningful impact.

Mastery of Figma: We expect you to have advanced proficiency in Figma, showcasing your ability to create dynamic, user-centered designs and contribute to a design system using components, variants, auto-layout, and variables.

Experience in Collaborative Environments: You should have a history of successfully working in cross-functional teams, showing how your design work contributes to broader team objectives.

A Solid Design Foundation: You have a strong grasp of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory, and know how to apply them to create engaging and effective designs.

Outstanding Communication Skills: You're able to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently, translating complex design concepts into terms everyone can understand.
