Responsibilities

Highlight customer insights and recommendations to drive efficiencies and process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-value-driven solutions.

Identify and execute optimization strategies within sales territories.

Utilize various tools and knowledge to resolve problems and assist with order fulfillment.

Educate and train customers on supply chain processes.

Analyze buying trends, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure clear communication between stakeholders.

Manage weekly ordering and support onboarding and training of new customers.

Reconcile key financial data and support business leaders in designing and implementing technologies.

Motivate and inspire others to achieve business objectives.

Support sales teams with training and expertise on the ordering process.

Qualification

Required

B.A. or B.S. in business, preferably with an emphasis in supply chain

Experience in inside sales, supply chain services, healthcare, customer service or related preferred

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint skills is required

Advanced knowledge of JD Edwards and/or applicable ERP Sales Order module experience is required

Advanced Excel skills required, Pivot Tables, V‐Lookups, and Formulas & Functions

Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization and outside the organization
