Responsibilities
Perform timely and thorough research using online resources and conflicts of interest database.
Interpret and analyze information to create organized reports for attorneys.
Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy of conflict reports.
Adhere to confidentiality rules regarding client and firm matters.
Perform other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor's Degree required. Work experience in lieu of a degree considered.
2-4 years of experience working in a corporate setting, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Expert level deductive reasoning, analytical and research skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid computer skills. Proficiency with conflicts databases a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with attorneys, management, staff and external contacts at all levels.
Demonstrated professionalism and customer service orientation.
Familiarity with legal terminology used for common business structures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
