Responsibilities

Proficiency in .NET Framework: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the .NET Framework, including C# (C-Sharp)

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Solid grasp of OOP principles and design patterns, as they are fundamental in .NET development.

Database Management: Proficiency in working with databases, particularly SQL Server or other relational databases. Knowledge of Entity Framework in particular.

Version Control Systems: Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket for collaborative coding, branching, and merging changes in code repositories.

Testing and Debugging Skills: Ability to write unit tests, and proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting code issues.

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Familiarity with Agile methodologies and other SDLC processes commonly used in software development. And for example, can break down stories into small, testable units focused on rapid delivery.

Deployment and DevOps: Knowledge of deployment processes, continuous integration, and CI/CD pipelines

Security Best Practices: Awareness of security considerations in .NET development, including data protection, encryption, and handling sensitive information securely.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to analyze complex problems and devise efficient and scalable solutions using .NET technologies.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Given the rapidly evolving nature of technology, a willingness to learn new frameworks, and tools, and stay updated with the latest .NET developments is crucial.
