Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality.
Identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Develop and optimize ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to assess their potential impact on the data strategy.
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in data architecture, database design, and development, with a proven track record of delivering complex data solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, with experience in developing data pipelines, data processing scripts, and statistical models.
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib to communicate insights and findings effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
