Responsibilities
Own operational workflows ensuring timely and successful delivery to clients.
Monitor and track daily production, quality, and average handling time (AHT) KPIs, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Coordinate the scaling up and down of project teams based on client requirements and project scope changes, managing the onboarding and offboarding process for team members to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
Own parts of the client deck, taking client questions and communicating asynchronously.
Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure correct implementation of each LLM project’s technical setup
Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLM technology and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience managing complex operations projects, ideally in client-facing roles
Experience managing and building teams
Strong understanding of large language models and AI technologies
Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving in challenging scenarios
Preferred
Experience managing financial models and forecasting
