Responsibilities
Design actionable reporting tools that enable Integrated tech leaders to make data-driven decisions
Produce sound analysis from large data sets and provide recommendations to Integrated tech leadership to drive tactical and strategic objectives and partnership decisions
Communicate analysis and key findings to leaders clearly, concisely, and timely
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify, prioritize, and validate project requirements and business objectives
Be a change management champion
Balance multiple projects with the ability to prioritize based on business needs
Serve as a conduit/broker for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
Conduct a variety of ad-hoc analysis based on business needs
Conduct impact analysis as needed for logic changes implemented in reporting tools
Establish and maintain data governance processes and strategies to minimize data integrity and business risk
Report data using SQL and Power BI in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment
Evaluate ways to improve processes to streamline data delivery and implement innovative process improvement changes
Provide thought leadership on ways to improve or reduce friction in data-heavy processes and automation
Act as a liaison between the business and IT on all technical Integrated Tech projects
Deliver content using innovative tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in experience
5+ years analyst experience with sales analysis, financial analysis, econometrics, or statistics
Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power BI experience, and Power Apps or Power Automate experience
SQL Server Management experience
Power BI or other analytical or business intelligence tool experience
Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develops actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience effectively presenting to executives (examples of written communication to be provided)
Strong editorial skills with acute attention to detail (will be tested)
Strong process improvement skills
History of balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross functional relationships
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Project management experience
Expert-level Excel skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project
Preferred
MBA
Six Sigma Certification
PMP certification preferred.
SQL Server Management experience
Data warehouse experience
