Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with Digital Experience, Design, Marketing, and Wireless core teams to define and prioritize mobile app roadmap.
Exercise expertise in mobile UX and customer experience to refine app features for delivery by the development teams.
Work closely with the Product Owner for mobile applications to ensure a populated backlog of stories that are development ready.
Present mobile roadmap and app functionality to both development teams and executive stakeholders.
Utilize analytics and survey data from the mobile apps to refine and tune the app experience.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
5 years of post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or as Business Systems Analyst / Mobile Product Manager / Hadoop Developer / QlikView Developer
4 years of work experience with/using AWS Cloud, iOS and Android mobile app development, Agile SDLC, APIs, Java, Swagger, GIT, and SQL
