Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert to identify unique insights and solve complex business challenges using a variety of data sources.

Lead associates in providing reporting, analytics solutions, and data science to optimize performance and improve member experience.

Build and present story-driven presentations based on analytics, drawing on advanced knowledge and industry experience.

Take ownership of process improvement, metrics development, and strategic direction of digital data and reporting.

Upskill the Business Intelligence team in data architecture and reporting capabilities.

Produce actionable insights to influence member engagement and outreach strategies through data mining and statistical analysis.

Develop presentations around insights, tell compelling stories with data, and deliver to various business functions.

Communicate findings orally and visually in a way that can be easily understood by business counterparts.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

7+ years professional experience in digital technology or health care

5+ years of experience in data-centric roles such as Data Science, Business Intelligence, business analytics, data warehousing, data acquisition, Big Data, or data architecture

Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the polish, poise, and executive presence that will ensure effective interaction with senior and executive level audiences

Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs and win their co-ownership in the outcome

Embrace a service mentality to collaborate with Operations, Business Intelligence teams, Database teams, and IT to assure data processes are automated, efficient, and to identify insights and/or solve complex business challenges

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficiency with online communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.)
