Responsibilities
Design and develop new aircraft antenna products from concept to production.
Research new antenna designs and upgrade current designs to meet customer requirements.
Perform computer-aided design and analysis using state-of-the-art software packages.
Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and improve process yields and efficiencies.
Assist in writing Technical Proposals to win contracts and bring in new projects.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 7 years’ experience with VHF/UHF/L/S/C and Band antennas. RF Antenna design engineering experience in the aerospace industry a plus.
HFSS software experience and Hardware Implementation experience required
Advanced problem solving skills to follow a project through from conception to design, to finished product.
Great people skills to be able to interact with effectively with customers, management, Quality Control Engineers, project team members, as well as workers on the shop floor.
Implementation of conformal techniques and SMART/ Reconfigurable Antenna knowledge a plus.
Preferred
MSEE or PhD in EE
