Responsibilities

Lead product development of new insurance products, from planning to implementation following a project management methodology.

Monitor product performance and growth, and proactively identify opportunities to drive new product adoption, future product enhancements, and overall product profitability.

Develop both short and long-term project roadmaps for new and existing products that meet the evolving needs of customers and differentiate the company in the marketplace.

Lean into API-embedded insurance to drive new distribution channels and product sets. Partner with leadership to create financial planning and forecasting by product.
