Responsibilities
Develop objectives, strategy and delivery milestones for a product pod
Build alignment on roadmap decisions with engineers and designers, backed up by qualitative and quantitative data
Build best-in-class user experience for these products that drives high adoption, satisfaction, retention
Perform research and conduct analysis to determine the success of initiatives
Collaborate with the engineering manager to manage the day-to-day efforts of ongoing initiatives, from managing standups, to triaging bugs, to providing project updates to the organization
Partner with cross-functional teams within Voltus to ensure the product is successful, adequately supported, integrated with the company’s operations and aligned with our business strategy
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience
Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
Strong understanding of technical concepts and software development methodologies
Ability to distill data into actionable insights
Equally strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bonus: experience working in an agile environment
Bonus: experience working in the energy technology industry
