Responsibilities
Lead and empower an Analyst(s), fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success
Provide support to field teams on best practices for identifying and reporting intelligence
Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights on key competitors in the retail environment
Develop visualizations in data analysis tools to present data trends
Partner with training departments to integrate market trends into training programs
Conduct online research on the company's presence and branding compared to competitors
Manage and operate web scraping activities using internal tools
Create holistic reports by combining online research, field feedback, raw data, and other resources
Support internal research initiatives for business development teams
Monitor and report on shifts in retailer strategies
Track and report on competitor initiatives, products, activities, and overall strategy
Identify and explore potential new business tools and schedule discovery meetings
Achieve or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the program's revenue growth
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in an analytics, strategy, or research-based role
Ability to translate business goals into strategic recommendations
Experience with data analysis tools and platforms
Experience analyzing sales trends, product landscape, consumer journeys, and other relevant data
Strong research skills and excellent presentation capabilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite)
Ability to think critically and holistically about business objectives
Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
