Responsibilities
Develop e-learning modules and courses for software products.
Design interactive training materials including videos, simulations, and web help.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of content.
Write clear documentation such as user manuals and release notes.
Validate training materials with the Product team.
Stay updated on industry trends in e-learning and instructional design.
Ensure consistency of messaging and branding with the Marketing team.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in implementing new training programs and initiatives.
Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders on training inquiries.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
Proven experience in developing SaaS e-learning modules, tutorials, and other training materials, preferably in the healthcare technology space.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
Preferred
Knowledge of agile software development processes and experience using JIRA are a plus.
Creative mindset with a passion for designing engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
