Responsibilities

Coordination, preparation, review, and analysis of financial reporting, including GAAP financial statements and project-specific reporting.

Working with the Portfolio Analytics team to develop quarterly NII forecasts for the portfolio.

Annual budgeting of general operating expenses for the real estate team.

Assisting in resolving daily accounting department issues.

Engaging with offshore staff from Accenture.

Providing training and mentoring, including feedback to Accenture staff.

Required

Demonstrated experience with corporate financial reporting, analysis and review.

Experience working under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong communication skills to facilitate interaction with various Corebridge service departments.

Experience with Real Estate, Investments and Private Equity Funds.

Coordination, preparation, review and analysis of financial reporting.

Working closely with the Portfolio Analytics team to develop the quarterly NII forecast.

Annual budgeting of the general operating expenses for the real estate team.

Assist in the resolution of daily accounting department issues.

Training and mentoring, including providing feedback to Accenture staff.

Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting (preferred) or Finance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent computer skills. Experience with accounting software preferred.

Certified Public Accountant or equivalent a plus.

Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of working independently, strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to identify and resolve issues.
