Responsibilities

Support new demand with Copilot to build out delivery engines for M365

Possess DOD Clearance eligibility

Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in Security compliance

Strong skills in Purview

Handle Adoption/Change Management tasks

Utilize M365, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power Platform

Communicate effectively with executives and CFOs

Focus on Data Governance and Security, including security compliance, labeling, and Purview

Utilize O365 admin console with security and compliance features

Purview skills MUST have strong Purview

Adoption/Change Management

M365, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Office Suite and Power Platform knowledge

Strong communication skills (will speak with execs/CFOs)

Soft skills are more important than having a Cloud Certification

Experience with one or more: M365 Security & Compliance, Microsoft Purview, Adoption and Change Management

Deep understanding of M365 products such as Teams, EXO, SPO, Power Platform, Office

4+ years experience in cloud infrastructure/M365 technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, software support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting, OR equivalent experience

Preferred

Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AI, security certifications)

4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)

4+ years experience working on technical projects

Knowledge of Copilot in various products of M365 suite would be of great advantage
