Responsibilities

Configure and oversee Microsoft Defender and Intune to safeguard endpoints and manage devices organization-wide.

Perform routine evaluations and audits of endpoint security setups to uphold compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Investigate and address endpoint security incidents, including malware outbreaks and suspicious activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate endpoint security controls into overarching security architectures and policies.

Offer technical guidance to junior team members and other IT personnel on best practices and procedures for endpoint security.

Remain updated on emerging threats and security technologies, suggesting improvements to the endpoint security framework accordingly.

Monitor threat intelligence feeds for the latest email-based threats and identify/respond to malicious emails.

Support secure email protocols, routing, and configurations such as DMARC, DKIM, SPF, DLP, and SPAM Filtering.

Required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in cybersecurity, specifically concentrated on ensuring application and product security.

Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, MS Defender, Intune, Sentinel, and others within the MS stack.

Demonstrated expertise in endpoint security, encompassing malware prevention, detection, and response, as well as proficiency in endpoint detection and response (EDR) and endpoint management.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Certification in Security or vendor-specific certifications in Microsoft Defender and Intune are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of cybersecurity experience.

Familiarity with working in complex environments to develop intricate cybersecurity solutions.

Previous experience managing and maintaining key information security systems similar to those used by our organization.

Proficiency in configuring vulnerability and system hardening scans.

Solid understanding of endpoint security principles, including malware prevention, detection, and response, as well as endpoint management.

Hands-on experience with security technologies like antivirus, endpoint firewall, endpoint encryption, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
