Responsibilities

Assist product owners with user behavior analysis and data quality checks

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Design Catalog

Translate business needs into BI reporting requirements

Develop metrics, reports, and dashboards for actionable insights

Maintain documentation around BI solutions and systems

Analyze system or process related issues and provide resolutions

Recommend process improvements and document current and future state processes

Collaborate with data teams to optimize data attributes and build data models

Maintain and support databases ensuring data integrity

Collaborate with external vendors for data integration

Develop training programs and communication plans for user adoption

Teach business users how to interact with visualizations and interpret results

Required

Proven experience in business and data analytics

Strong working knowledge of software and tools including, but not limited to, SharePoint, PowerBi, Python, and SQL, Jupyter notebooks, common data analysis libraries and data wrangling tools

Comprehension of enterprise applications such as SharePoint, BIM 360, MatterPort, Data Lake, Redshift, RD Datamart, Unifi/Content catalog, PlanGrid and others

Understanding of business processes such as user onboarding, domestic document uploading, Design project setup, Prototype template releasing

Ability to find solutions to business problems from data-driven insights

Strong working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them

Ability to read and write data via API requests, OBDC connectors and other common methods

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and to draw valid conclusions

Solid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skills

Must be able to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users

Strong interpersonal skills

Good communication and customer service skills are required

Curious nature, intuitiveness, challenge the status quo

Preferred

Travel; 1-2 trips per year
