Responsibilities

Lead design efforts and work hands-on with designs across complex cross-functional investments.

Establish and drive consistent design patterns via the design system for cohesive user experiences.

Provide creative direction, conduct design reviews, and represent the voice of users to achieve the overall product vision.

Operate as a thought partner to Product leaders, seeking feedback and integrating it to improve solutions.

Introduce new practices, mentor junior team members, and drive product innovation through industry benchmarks.

Stay informed about competitor products and industry benchmarks.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in a related field

Expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup

Familiarity with core disciplines: visual design, UX design, prototyping, front-end development, user research, and/or experiment design

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Proven ability to create alignment among senior management on ideas/projects/process

Strong organization and analytic thinking skills

Proven track record of collaborating effectively at all levels of the organization
