Responsibilities
Lead the project team, allocate tasks, motivate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project milestones.
Define project plan documents including scope, financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
Monitor project financials, oversee invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks while pursuing opportunities.
Ensure formal closure of the project as per contractual agreements.
Drive project acceptance, contract closeout, and customer acknowledgement.
Apply contract and claims management consistently as per ABB policies and agreements.
Coordinate with supply chain management to procure required services, materials, and equipment.
Act as a key contact for the customer and handle project-related escalations.

Required
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 8 years experience
Minimum 5 years of experience required
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
Preferred
SAP knowledge
PMP or Lean Certifications
Motors or Rotating Equipment background in Engineering
