Responsibilities
Understanding business requirements and translating them into test solutions.
Creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, defining acceptance criteria, Test Cases/Script, and managing the Defect lifecycle.
Ensuring high-quality deliveries of code through test case development and maintenance.
Performing functional testing, regression testing, and keeping track of new developments.
Producing test/defect reports and participating in software walk-throughs.
Collaborating with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and developers to deliver Agile solutions.
Participating in product increment planning and documenting test plans and scenarios.
Creating and maintaining testing artifacts and summary reports.
Conducting peer reviews of test cases and documents.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant IT system testing experience, performing manual and/or automated software quality testing
Experience working and understanding large, complex Salesforce(or other CRM) projects, with proficiency in navigating Salesforce and comprehensive understanding of Salesforce terminology
Expertise in QA Test management, including Functional and Non-Functional testing
Experience executing Test Plans, Regression Test Suites including UI, back end, Salesforce components & Integrations using Web and API automation
Experience working in an Agile team environment supporting and resolving IT related issues
Experience developing testing documentation, such as Test Summary Reports and requirements traceability reports
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
Must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
Preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
Experience using Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber, or an equivalent, and for RESTful services, integrating them with Jenkins/GitHub
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
Self-motivated, well-organized and strict attention to details
Ability to understand and document customer business requirements
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to understand and manage customer expectations and software implementation methodology
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time
Agile certification in SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM or other agile certifications
Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority
Must have the capacity to understand the QA processes and work in the software environment
