Responsibilities

Ability to manage and lead teams

Provide UI/UX leadership for the RM-MKR application.

Lead training development utilizing Camtasia to produce training videos.

Support the ATO renewal efforts for the application ensuring compliance with security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.

Lead Team in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of system components as needed.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

Serve as the training development lead to design, development, testing and presentation of training courses using Camtasia as well as creating and updating development documentation. Assist the development team in assembling ATO renewal package.

Required

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred

Experience with Telerik reporting framework for .NET and Hangfire for .NET

Previous experience interfacing with VA’s Training Management System (TMS).

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Familiarity with the VA ATO practices and requirements.
