Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and maintain project budgets

Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and communicate deadlines

Research and support completion of permits for renewable energy projects

Manage and organize project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and change orders

Assist with internal and external project reporting and presentations

Coordinate with stakeholders to contract services, set up vendors, and ensure proper invoicing

Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms

Utilize GIS, Google Earth, and other software for project due diligence and support layouts

Education 4-year degree from an accredited university in engineering, mathematics, business, or a similar discipline

Required

1-2 years of applicable experience (exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered)

Track record of working well within a team environment and demonstrating an ownership mentality

Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems and think critically about complex problems

Self-directed and organized with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, etc.) and familiarity with GIS and/or Google Earth

Comfortable speaking in public

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time or as required to support project activities

4-year degree from an accredited university in engineering, mathematics, business, or a similar discipline
