Responsibilities
Assist in providing comprehensive data to clinical teams for member outreach.
Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.
Develop tools, technologies, applications, and practices for data collection and analysis.
Create actionable business applications, dashboards, and reports.
Support department, segment, and organizational strategy through data analysis.
Make decisions regarding work methods and collaborate with the team to improve processes.
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
1 or more years of programming experience in PowerApps, Power BI and/or .NET
1 or more years of experience with SQL, SAS or other data systems
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
1 or more years of technical experience in data analysis
Experience with SSIS packages
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
Experience with data mining, file processes and assessing complex data sets
PBM/Pharmacy experience is a plus
