Responsibilities
Lead and mentor remote engineering teams of between 10-15 engineers focused on Learning Management System and Growth areas, driving efficiency and innovation across diverse product lines.
Ensure timely software delivery, collaborating with the VP of Engineering on technical investments to build tools for healthcare systems, practitioners, and internal users.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, fostering excellence and aligning with product roadmaps.
Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders across diverse functional areas, including Product Management, Design, Quality, and commercial leadership.
Proven track record of driving innovation aligned with an organization's mission and strategic goals, including evaluating and selecting solutions to address business challenges.
Drive technical strategy, aligning architecture with long-term objectives and facilitating collaboration.
Delegate effectively while upholding accountability, recruit top talent, and nurture technical excellence.

Required
8+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in team management, focusing on providing easy access to high-quality healthcare.
Demonstrate proficiency in modern web and mobile development.

Foster collaboration across teams and organizational boundaries for product development, thriving in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and rapid changes.
