Responsibilities

Cross-functional business partnering with sales and marketing organizations including compensation modeling, vendor expense management, and ROI analysis.

Providing data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling.

Championing corporate data structures and processes, providing auditing, enablement, and mentorship in all things GTM.

Supporting leaders across various departments in developing forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and driving improvements and efficiency.

Performing other ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Required

3+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, formulas, and calculations

Prior experience in managing budgets (headcount, vendor expense etc), cost center reporting, and forecasting (previous experience supporting sales and marketing organizations preferred)

Executive communication and presentation skills

Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Expertise in Excel modeling

Strong analytical acumen

Enjoy working with data, strong attention to detail, data discrepancies, downstream dependencies, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in business or finance related field preferred

Previous experience supporting sales and marketing organizations
