Responsibilities
Complete project updates in Procore, distribute initial drawings, plans, and information to all required team members
Prepare, process, and distribute subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
Ensures proof of insurance for all subcontractors
Schedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a project.
Review, process, and distribute submittals via Procore
Create and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project Manager
Process and maintain RFIs in Procore or similar system
Assist in preparation of closeout package process: collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project team
Other job responsibilities as assigned

Required
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience, prior construction industry experience is preferred
Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism
Strong presentation skills
Team-player and ability to build cross-functional relationships
Preferred
Procore, and Timberline/Sage experience preferred
