Responsibilities
Own and drive the product roadmap for member experience products, managing backlog and prioritizing appropriately
Form relationships with the team to promote group and individual growth
Act as the evangelist for the product area across the organization
Prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and opportunities aligned with company goals
Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to ensure feature delivery as per specifications
Work with various internal teams to understand member needs and deliver technology-driven solutions
Communicate progress to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members

Required
3-5 years of experience in product management or software engineering
Mastery in researching, gathering, drafting, and translating requirements between stakeholders, design, content, and engineering counterparts
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Fervent passion to solve healthcare challenges to improve the lives of others
Adaptability to thrive in highly complex and changing environments
Familiarity with enterprise software and mobile development
Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Experience in consumer software and/or healthcare is a plus but not required
