Responsibilities
Operation of semiconductor process and metrology equipment, data collection, and review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors.
Compiling and analyzing test data to assist and support a team of development engineers.
Creating and revising standard operating procedures as needed, and documenting tasks for future reference.
Providing support to various internal and external customers on new process development and assisting senior process engineers in creating improvements to existing products and processes.
Learning detailed fundamental lithography semiconductor processes pertinent to fulfilling the role as a Process Engineering Intern/Co-Op. Specific topics of study will be recommended by senior Process Engineers in the group.

Required
Pursuing an MS or PhD degree in an engineering discipline or related field of study (certain science disciplines also acceptable, e.g., Material science, Chemistry, Physics).
Must have U.S. Work authorization
Basic semiconductor processing fundamentals or experience.
Experience in a clean room environment.
Understand ALD film deposition for SiO, AlO, HfO, TiO, ZrO, and more.
The flexibility and ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
Individuals must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations given for small to large groups
Must be fluent in English
Individuals must have the right attitude to work in a multicultural team.
Preferred
Knowledge of experiment design (DOE) and SPC techniques for tool and process optimization is a plus.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel is recommended. Experience with more advanced statistical software is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills are preferred.
Familiarity and expertise with common personal computer-based hardware and software applications are desired (MS Windows, networking, etc.).
