Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of Microsoft's SharePoint solution to address gaps and issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria, use cases, and requirements for the PPDM PoC.
Work closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to perform activities related to the PoC.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and other teams to stay informed about changes in the marketplace.
Coordinate and participate in discussions with Microsoft to explore available products and technologies.
Conduct market research and engage with industry experts for insights on PPDM solutions.
Review current use of SharePoint and other technologies, identifying best practices and limitations.
Author comprehensive requirements documentation, including user stories, for the PPDM solution.
Collaborate to set up and configure the PPDM PoC environment.
Develop prototypes and conduct feasibility testing for chosen technologies and solutions.
Co-author the blueprint and cost analysis for the PPDM modernization.
Provide support to the project manager and stakeholders throughout the PoC process.
Record integration and compatibility requirements for the PPDM.
Analyze and document business processes and requirements for system integrations.
Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technology solutions.
Extensive background with Microsoft Dynamics, MS SharePoint, and document management systems.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, agile methodologies, and user story development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience conducting user workshops, gathering requirements, and defining success criteria.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire and maintain Public Trust
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management.
Experience with PPDM or similar data management projects in a government or regulated industry.
Knowledge of other relevant technologies, such as Kofax, OCR scanning, artificial intelligence, and process robotics.
Familiarity with government guidelines and regulations related to document management and data security.
Experience working with integrated project teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation for system integrations.
Proficiency in creating and managing integration specifications and ensuring backward compatibility.
