Responsibilities
Implement and manage tracking and analytics systems across Material Bank web properties.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, engagement, and conversion data.
Develop regular reports on key metrics and insights for internal stakeholders.
Create dashboards and visualizations to help teams understand performance trends.
Provide actionable insights based on data to drive website optimization and improve user engagement.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
Collaborate with web development and marketing teams to implement data-driven changes to the website.
Recommend tools, strategies, and best practices for web analytics and performance management.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web analytics and online marketing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficient in SQL/Hive/Python or R experienced in massive data manipulation, machine learning & modeling.
Solid technical & knowledge of A/B testing methodologies can consistently explore and find the best practice.
Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset, capable of providing systematic approaches to solve business problems.
Implement and manage tracking and analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) across Material Bank web properties.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, engagement, and conversion data.
Track and analyze website performance data for continuous optimization.
Develop regular reports on key metrics and insights for internal stakeholders.
Create dashboards and visualizations to help teams understand performance trends.
Provide actionable insights based on data to drive website optimization and improve user engagement.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
Collaborate with web development and marketing teams to implement data-driven changes to the website.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT departments to align analytics with business goals.
Recommend tools, strategies, and best practices for web analytics and performance management.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web analytics and online marketing.
Preferred
Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience with A/B testing frameworks, approaches, and tools like Split.io.
