Responsibilities
Lead the design process from conception to delivery for digital products and experiences.
Independently handle all aspects of design, serving as the sole designer on assigned projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other relevant tools.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Required
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, interaction design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma and Miro, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Must pass a drug test and background check once offered position
