Responsibilities
Utilize the APART system to provision and deprovision user accounts for WMS access based on approved requests.
Assign and remove WMS function codes for user accounts according to Family Independence Administration (FIA) requirements and worker roles.
Perform WMS password resets and account unlocks for authorized users.
Manage the addition and removal of authorized WMS liaisons who can submit APART requests on behalf of their agency/organization.
Change WMS location codes for FIA staff temporarily assigned to overtime (OT) efforts in order to clear backlogs and provide location-specific system access.
Document solutions and update knowledge base articles for support reference.
Provide training and knowledge transfer on WMS functionality and support processes.

Required
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of satisfactory full-time experience, in mainframe computer, mid-range computer, LAN or WAN computer environments and or local desktop support; or
An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college or university and three years of satisfactory, full-time experience as described in '1' above; or
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and four years of satisfactory, full-time experience, as described in '1' above; or
Education and/or experience equivalent to '1', '2', or '3' above. Undergraduate college credit can be substituted for experience on the basis of 30 semester credits, from an accredited college or university, for six months of experience. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and two years of satisfactory full-time experience, as described in '1' above.
Preferred
Strong understanding of user provisioning, access management, and directory services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with resolving application support issues such as case unlocks, resets, and activity removal.
