Responsibilities

Required
3+ years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role
Works on assignments of moderate to highly complex scope and actively partners with team members and others to field data and analysis needs on an adhoc or ongoing basis
Ability to deliver against assignments with proper prioritization guidance
Internally motivated to research and find ways to solve problems and remove roadblocks
Outcome driven collaborator who is detail-oriented
Collaborates with team members to draft actionable insights, resolve working assignments, partner in facilitating conversations with reports and metrics the team produces and developing recommendations based on findings and business context
Proficient with Workday HCM (Workday HCM Certification preferred) or a similar SAS system
Hands on experience with cleaning and organizing datasets to prepare for analysis
Proficient with documenting analysis, tools, and calculations/methodologies in a clear and organized manner
Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer or similar technology including the ability to merge data from disparate sources to create holistic data charts, graphs, dashboards, etc.
Expert in performing data analysis using Excel or similar technology and building presentation materials for ease of consumption and distribution
Expert in technologies such as Tableau, Visier, SPSS, Workday PRISM, JIRA, OfficeConnect
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics/Analytics or other quantitative fields of study
Experience working in a human resources department
Must live in New York City Metro Area
Knowledge of multivariate statistical methods such as GLM, longitudinal analysis, classification, dimension reduction, clustering, and hierarchical linear modeling among others
