Responsibilities
Work with the leadership team on developing a product roadmap aligned with the company's strategy
Gather requirements from stakeholders, including students, teachers, and administrators
Identify core metrics to track success in building a scalable organization
Wireframe and design UX for web-based products
Lead the design effort on AI integration across multiple platforms
Collaborate with Ruby and Python engineers to develop innovative learning products
Stay updated on AI and technical developments to improve products
Participate in the hiring process for new engineering and product team members

Required
5+ years of experience in product management
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for education and technology
Preferred
Experience with ed tech
Experience in workflow automation or B2B SaaS
