Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution within scope and budget.

Develop and manage project scope, schedule, costs, and objectives involving relevant stakeholders.

Act as the main contact with consultants, engineers, trades, site staff, and owners.

Promote company image of efficiency, quality, and fair management of trades and suppliers.

Work closely with site field staff to ensure project success.

Develop and maintain effective client relationships, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, working on residential and mixed-use concrete high-rise projects as part of a large general contractor

Certificate, diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field

Proficient with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and/or Procore

Strong relationship and network of sub-trades in the Lower Mainland

Strong communication - confidence and ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
