Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of a project, from Contract to Permission to Operate (PTO).

Ensure continuous progress on 10-30 projects at any given time in accordance with planned schedules and contractual requirements.

Read and interpret construction documents including plan sets, specs, and contracts.

Own projects across all phases of the project lifecycle from sales/engineering/construction through utility provided permission to operate.

Communicate project status updates effectively to external customers and internal stakeholders.

Have experience with project schedule ownership tools such as Monday.com, JobNimbus, Inflow, or similar.

Required

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager from high priority/high value construction projects.

A Project Management Cert (i.e PMP)

A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering

The ability to read and interpret construction documents including plan sets, specs and contracts.

Proven project ownership across all phases of project lifecycle from sales/engineering/construction through utility provided permission to operate.

Excellent relationship/communication skills, comfortable routinely communicating project status updates effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders.

Project schedule ownership experience (Monday.com, JobNimbus, Inflow or other exp)
