Responsibilities

Work with land development staff on a variety of projects including single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, senior independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities, and affordable housing projects in the Texas region.

Coordinate and lead design team through civil design and plan production.

Project and client management including engagement with reviewing/governing entities.

Land planning, site civil design, preparation of feasibility and cost opinions.

Preparation of bid and contract documents and coordination with subconsultants and contractors.

Assist senior Project Managers in development and training of junior land development staff.
