Responsibilities
Cultivate Customer Relations: You will build and maintain robust technical partnerships with customers to navigate complex issues together.
Investigation Quality Problems: You will determine the root cause and implement robust corrective actions.
Communicate Critical Issues: You will elevate significant technical concerns to every business stratum.
Facilitate Technical Dialogues: You will organize and lead technical discussions to foster product enhancement or resolve particular challenges.
Develop Products: You will work with plant personnel to improve products to better satisfy customer needs.
Influence Process Improvements: You will advocate for process enhancements within customer operations and within Charter operations.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy/Materials, Engineering, or related degree
Cold Heading background
Five plus years in manufacturing or use of Charter products
Strong understanding of Carbon and Alloy Steel Rod, Wire, and/or SBQ products
Technical ability to understand, recommend, and raise concerns with customer specifications
50% Regional travel
