Responsibilities
Develop and analyze in process data for trend analysis and troubleshooting quality issues.
Establish qualification and validation plans in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Drive quality-related investigations to resolution and manage associated quality system records.
Assist in developing risk management and control plans for products.
Identify and implement opportunities for process and product improvements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required
5+ years of experience, preferably in a Medical Contract Manufacturer, Medical Device, or Component manufacturing environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills (including data interpretation and reporting)
Problem Solving and Critical Thinking to evaluate options and implement solutions
Demonstrated understanding of PPAP, IQ, OQ, PQ, FMEA, CONTROL PLANS, DOE, GRR, risk management
Experience working within a regulated Quality System (i.e. ISO, AS, GMP, etc.)
ISO - 13485 Quality Management System experience preferred
Preferred
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
Preferred experience working in thermoplastic injection molding and/or Swiss component manufacturing and/or CNC machining manufacturing
