Responsibilities

Discovering insights, opportunities, and requirements

Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback

Working closely with product managers and engineers to establish product requirements

Launching experiments and evaluating performance for iteration

Presenting work to peers and leadership, async and in-person

Participating in design critiques, workshops, and squad meetings

Thinking and writing about the design process and documenting decisions

Required

Experience working closely with cross-functional partners in product management, engineering, research, and analytics

Ability to collaborate and lead multidisciplinary partners including operations

Prioritization of impactful projects and delivering high-quality design work

Experience in discovering insights, opportunities, and requirements

Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback

Working closely with product managers and engineers to establish product requirements

Launching experiments and evaluating performance for iteration

Presenting work to peers and leadership

Participation in design critiques, workshops, meetings, and documentation

Senior level skills in independently running projects, leading workshops, designing complex flows, thinking at a system level, and utilizing soft skills

Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions

Translation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisions
