Work in retail and hospitality defense; premises and product liability; construction negligence and defect; professional malpractice; other general liability defense
Qualification
Required
3+ years of defense experience
PA bar required
Preferred
NJ bar a plus
Experience in retail and hospitality defense
Experience in premises and product liability
Experience in construction negligence and defect
Experience in professional malpractice
Experience in other general liability defense
