Responsibilities
Lead program teams in the development of project charters, objectives, project plans, and schedules for assigned programs.
Develop and manage program budgets, including resource loading, external expenses, and capital requirements.
Identify and assess areas of risk, escalating issues in a timely manner, and collaboratively developing solutions.
Implement and manage necessary project changes to ensure program success.
Manage project-related actions and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Create presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate program status and key milestones.
Conduct effective cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and make project decisions.
Create agendas and publish minutes/actions from team meetings.
Build team ownership and commitment to project and business plans.
Define project milestones, deliverables, and associated resource requirements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
5+ years of overall business experience, with previous experience in program management, preferably in a technology or healthcare-related industry.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Preferred
Previous functional area experience outside of program management is a plus.
