Responsibilities

Formulate system scope and objectives

Required

Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Knowledge of the organization's Information Technology (IT) environment and understanding of the integration/interdependencies of various processes across multiple lines of business

Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce a variety of business documents demonstrating command of language, clarity of thought, and orderliness of presentation

Motivated by accomplishing goals and delivering the best to make an impact

Ability to define fairly complex processes or a subset of processes affecting a line of business

Living the company values of trust, teamwork, and accountability

Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) with a valid work or study permit

Preferred

Experience in Business Effectiveness, Business Requirements, Communication, Data Mining, Data Reporting, Metrics Analysis, Process Improvements, Reporting and Analysis, Requirements Management, Statistical Analysis, Test Execution, and Test Management

Completion of attribute-based assessment and other skills tests such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, and MS Office proficiency
