Responsibilities

Build our team by recruiting, mentoring, assisting project teams;

Champion technical growth within our engineering teams;

Assist in developing business plans to assist strategic growth forecast, progressively building year upon year;

Assist in managing the Process Engineering staff;

Champion growth in the Advanced Manufacturing sector firmwide, as well as abroad;

Ability and willingness to travel to domestic sites as well as internationally.

Required

BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university

10+ years of experience with process, waste, and ultrapure water (UPW) systems in the semiconductor, or advanced technology industries

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the U.S required

Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Pipe-Flo, Caesar or Autopipe pipe stress software, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interface
