Responsibilities

Perform analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate and timely reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting ROI analysis.

Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Support the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Stay updated with industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.

Collaborate with finance teams across the organization to drive continuous improvement and share best practices.

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

Preferred

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

MBA, or CPA

Knowledge of Tableau

Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
