Responsibilities

Coordinating and implementing events and sponsorships

Assisting with presentation and communication projects

Updating marketing collateral, brochures and presentations

Monitoring and preparing reports on new business opportunities and the local sales pipeline

Assisting with proposal and pitchbook development

Office database integration support

Maintaining contact lists and other marketing databases

Assisting with content projects

Assisting with creation of social media campaigns and postings that will enhance the brand across various social media platforms

As needed, provide support for Marketing department administrative activities, Marketing team initiatives and projects, Niche practice groups and strategic marketing efforts

Required

Bachelor or Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required

1-2 years marketing experience. Financial services or professional services experience a plus

Preferred

Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Extensive experience with MS Office 365 particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus (CRM tools, Monday.com, etc.)

Excellent communication and people skills

Good understanding of marketing principles

Hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in the office

Minimal travel
