Responsibilities
Proactively and independently work with stakeholders to construct use cases and associated standardized outputs.
Interface with key business customers and partners to troubleshoot and define future business requirements.
Translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements.
Provide analytical support for Product Management teams.
Produce detailed business requirements, coordinate and manage user acceptance test plans, and participate in stakeholder management.
Partner with stakeholders to identify, develop and deploy metrics to answer key business questions.
Partner with senior leadership to understand business challenges, and provide data/analysis for better decision making.
Communicate complex analysis and insights to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Three (3)+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within the healthcare IT industry.
Experience conducting user research and translating user needs into product requirements.
Experience with project management tools and data analysis tools (a plus).
Proficiency with database applications, AWS and/or FHIR experience, preferred
Proficiency in product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Proven track record of defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Highly motivated and self-directed individual.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.
Preferred
In-depth understanding of ambulatory care workflows, challenges, and best practices (e.g., scheduling, billing, clinical documentation), preferred.
