Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor programs to drive year-over-year increases in safety, ergonomics, and environmental quality standards.
Participate in the design and development of facilities, work areas, and work procedures, making health, safety, and environmental recommendations accordingly.
Prepare, maintain, and update environmental and policy manuals.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and stay informed of any changes to laws and regulations.

Required

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 1 year related experience
Developing knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and workers compensation best practices

Knowledge of developing and implementing training programs
Developing expertise in driving continuous improvement in HSE
