Director - Product Management - Analytics

Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics Leadership:
Develop and execute the analytics strategy in alignment with the overall product management Vision & goals.
Lead a team of Product Managers to drive actionable product roadmap decisions, pricing strategies, and feature prioritization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including App product managers, engineers, TSO, PMO and marketing to ensure analytics initiatives support organizational objectives.
Bring in more Self service Analytics and Artificial Intelligence led Analytics.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, including user behavior data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and guide continuous improvement efforts.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
Product Strategy and Development:
Work closely with product managers to define product goals and objectives, and develop analytics frameworks to measure progress towards those goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and areas for innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data collection processes are implemented effectively and accurately.
Collaborate with TSO and Solution Engineering to ensure all issues/ defects are resolved timely and implementation is not impacted.
Partner with marketing teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
Support sales teams with analytics insights to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Team Leadership and Development:
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their professional goals.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
15 + years of experience in analytics, with a focus on product management, preferably in a technology or Supply Chain/Procurement Domain.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
Sound knowledge in AI, ML and Gen AI.
Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams and driving impactful insights that influence product strategy and decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
